• My Night with Lady A

  I saw Lady Antebellum yesteday at the Grange Fair. We got there at like 11 and went to see if our chairs were set up. which they werent so we went to Gunzeys to get food. We were walking around the grandstand and my dad saw their bus was about to pull in, so I gto my sign and ran to it. We saw Slim, their lead guitarist give me a wave and a fist!! So then we were walking aorund in the VIP section, and some really rude lady saw us and kicked us out!! It was really hot so we went under some capmer with a canopy and laid down. After a few minutes, my dad saw Slim walking towards us with DAVE!! So I got the sign and started crying! He came over and said that he liked my sign, and that they were going to grab some food. We showed him that back of my shirt that said 'oooh baby baby' and he gave me a high five! My mom told him that my dream was to meet them, but we didnt get a meet and greet, then he asked me for my full name, and left. My mom said she was going with my dad to get extra batteries for the camera, the rest of the signs, and the CD cover I wanted signed. Right when my parents got back, Dave and Slim started walking over, so we got up to them, and told him that I wasnt stalking them, but I was wondering if I could get my CD cover signed, and he did! Then I told him I had a surprise for him, and showed him the sign that said 'I Just Can't Take My Eyes Off Dave!' and he smiled!! Then my mom asked him if we could get a picture, and we did, and then if I could have a hug, and he gladly said yes!! After that was over, we were walking around fro a while, then we went over to see if our chairs were ok since you have to let them there, and when they get there there is basically a stampede to get good seats. We couldn't see good enough so we had to go over to the other side of the gate where they were. All of a sudden I see this girl in a really cute, black 3/4 shirt, skinny jeans, and dressy shoes, and I was like 'Who Would Wear that to a Fair??' and then it hit me, HILLARY WOULD!! So I said Dad, thats Hillary! and he said No Its Not! and my mom siad YES IT IS RUN!!! So I ran over to here and Lauren, and said Hi Hillary, and she turned and said Hey There!! and asked her to sign it, and then we showed her the back of my shirt, and told her how my dream was to meet them ,and that she was one of my idols, and she thanked me. Then she gave me a HUG, and said that she would see me later. So after that we were back at the camper, and my parents decided they were going to get food, so I went with them, and then I decided I would go back, since the band was getting ready. I went over, and the whole band waws there, so I held up my sign over the gate, Charles FINALLY saw it, pointed at it, and siad 'I Like Your Sign There!!' So I screamed back thank you!! We finished watching them play and then met up with Michelle, we were watching them play volleyball, and Hill was SO CUTE!! haha!! So then the gates were opened and I RAN and got FRONT ROW!!! Michelle had to go over to get her m&g, even though I didnt get one. She opened up the envelope looks at me and says 'THERES 2 PASSES!!' I FREAKED OUT!!! we waited there, and then went back for it. I was freaking out, and the security guy was telling me all these jokes to calm me down i was shaking so hard! haha!! While we were waiting Dave and Hil kept looking at me, like "HERE YOU ARE!!" So then we got to meet all them, and then the show started. They all kept looking at us, and we were singing along...it was great!! Then they did 'I Just Cant Take My Eyes Off You', and Charles said yea me and Hillary were in a romantic mood, but DAVE STILL NEEDS SOME LOVIN!! SO I stood up witht he sign and Chalres saw it, and covered his eyes and said ' I...Just...Cant...My...Eyes..Off...Of..Dave!! and then I screamed 'I LOVE YOU DAVE!' and Charles said 'HE LOVES YOU TOO!!!' haha!! That was my moment in all of shining glory!! So no one was standing up and finally they were doing the end songs, and my mom told the people in front of us to stand up so we could, and she was like I GLADLY will!! haha!! So then we went to get in line to meet them again after the show, but the line was already out the opposite gate, so we waited by the fence, and the security guy came over with the SET LISTS!! and I said 'Can You Get Their Water Bottles?!' and he looked at me like what kinda question is that? But then he came over with HILLARY AND CHARLES' WATER BOTTLES!!! haha. then we go to meet them yet again!! My last day of summer was AMAZING!!! and hey Lisa, GUESS WHO BELIEVED?!?! US!!!!!!!

• Little League World Series!!

  Hey guys!! the LLWS takes place in Williamsport, PA every year featuring LL teams from all over the world. Around here, you go to Wal-Mart and see ther New England team!! My mom works there, so be watching ESPN and ESPN2 for the games. If youi live around here, come to the games, I would LOVE to meet up with you. The games are so much fun to go to, and you meet so many cute boys..HAHA. You can trade pins, and the french fries are GREAT!! Anywho, I am SOOO EXTATIC, I am seeing Lady A in 10 DAYS, and hopefully I will get the meet and greet, so wish me luck. Keep getting people to sign the petition, and hopefully our girl will have that award in her awards case!!!

• Humbled

  I am SSOO humbled to have met the Top New Vocal Duo or Group 2008!! Lady Antebellum won tonight and I couldn;t be prouder! Now if Carie could just win Female Vocalist of the Year it would all be good, but I have a feeling Taylor will get it, so now i am all worried but I made l ike 8 signs and stuck them upa round the TV so Carrie and Lady A would win, and I am also so Humbled that I got to meet Carrie, and to have seen Carrie and Keith, and now I am ALSO Humbled to be seeing Sugarland, Jason Michael Carrol, Bucky Covington, Jason Aldean, Kellie, and Lady A 2 more times this summer, they have all changed country music-the business I want to be in when I am older, so now we must all say GO CARRIE GO!!!
